Hello Fellow Archers:
With these darn Covid numbers going crazy again we are going to ask all of you who want to shoot indoors to be vaccinated, or you have to wear a mask unless you are standing on the shooting line shooting your bow. 6 Feet between you and any other archer. When you take your last shot, put your mask on and you can leave the shooting line. We are going to ask you to sign in if you are shooting indoors with your name and phone number and whether or not you are a member or visitor.
DO NOT COME TO ARCHERY IF YOU ARE SICK!!!! YOU WILL LOSE YOUR PRIVILEGES AT THE CLUB.
All archers shooting indoors must be double vaccinated and also wear a mask when not on the shooting line
If you are shooting outdoors then you can just maintain 6 feet from your fellow archers unless you are from the same household group.
Our club was re-established in 1999 due to an increased interest in the sport of archery.
The club is a non-profit organization and as such is built on volunteers. Our first and foremost goal is to promote archery for everyone, especially for the children. It is a great family sport, however adults are welcome learners as well.
There is usually a Level One Coach (National Coach Certification Program) present as well as several other individuals that have been in archery for a number of years.
Indoor targets are set between 10m and 40m. The outdoor range has additional targets up to 50m. 3D shoots occur occasionally throughout the indoor season. Full size foam animal targets are set up at varying unknown distances and arrows are lofted at the marked vital areas. You can keep score if you want but you don’t have to.
For further information on the club, use the contact form on the top right of the homepage.
